The Turtle Hatchery in Bentota, Sri Lanka, is a conservation center dedicated to protecting endangered sea turtles. It collects turtle eggs from the beach, incubates them safely, and releases the hatchlings into the ocean to boost survival rates. Visitors can join the experience to see baby turtles up close, learn about local species, and even help release the hatchlings into the ocean. The hatchery plays a vital role in raising awareness and helping conserve Sri Lanka’s marine life.

        Day 5: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya (Tea Country)

         

          • Travel Time: 3 hours by train (scenic route).
          • Highlights: Enjoy the scenic train ride, visit a tea plantation, and tour a tea factory.
          • Overnight: Nuwara Eliya

        Day 6: Horton Plains National Park

         

        • Activity: Early morning hike to World’s End for stunning views.
        • Overnight: Nuwara Eliya.

        Day 7: Nuwara Eliya to Ella

         

        • Travel Time: 3 hours by train.
        • Highlights: Explore Ella’s attractions, like Nine Arches Bridge and Little Adam’s Peak.

        Day 8: Yala National Park

         

        • Travel Time: 4 hours by car.
        • Highlights: Afternoon safari to spot leopards, elephants, and other wildlife.

        Day 9: Bentota - Beach Relaxation
